#1) REDUCED TUITION RATES

• Register under the "Early-Career Physicians" category and upload proof of residency or fellowship completion.
  
  
• Your training completion date must be between 2021-2026 to qualify for reduced tuition. Physicians who will complete residency or fellowship in 2026 should consider applying to VIVA's Physicians-in-Training Program before registering as an Early-Career Physician.
  
  
• Do not register if you plan to apply for the Early Career Leadership Program. Refunds will not be issued.
  
  

#2) LEADERSHIP PROGRAM AND SCHOLARSHIP

• Apply to join a selective, immersive program designed to take emerging careers to the next level. Attendees will:
  
  
  • Build confidence and excellence in clinical practice
  • Develop podium presence
  • Strengthen leadership potential
  • Engage directly with influential leaders in the vascular field
  • Expand professional networks

• Accepted participants will receive:
  
  
  • Complimentary tuition for VIVA26
  • Roundtrip economy airfare
  • Up to 2 nights' hotel stay
    
    
• A select group of program attendees will have the opportunity to present a case on podium
  
  
  

HOW TO APPLY:

• Early Career Leadership Program submissions will be accepted until June 25 at 5pm PST (or until the program is full).
  
  
• Email the following documents to earlycareer@viva-foundation.org:
  
  
  • Proof of training completion date (e.g., residency certificate)
  • CV
  • Statement of interest explaining your leadership goals in the vascular field (300 words or fewer)
    
    
• Prospective attendees are encouraged to apply early—submissions will be reviewed in the order they are received.

NOTE:

Applicants who are currently mid-residency or mid-fellowship should instead apply to the Physicians-in-Training Program.

This includes physicians expected to complete their residency or fellowship in Summer 2026.
